Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours of purchase.
Delivery Options: Choose from standard or express delivery. Orders over the value of €200 can avail of free standard shipping in Ireland and the rest of the EU.
Delivery Times:
Standard Within the EU: Typically 2-4 business days.
Standard Outside the EU: Typically 5-7 business days.
Express : Typically 1-3 days quicker than standard.
Global Shipping: We provide worldwide shipping using UPS, FedEx, or DHL. However, we are unable to ship to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Israel, Gaza or other war/conflict-stricken areas.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided.
Customs Fees: Please note that The Luxe Alliance's shipping costs do not cover any import charges, taxes, or customs duties that may be applied by your country if you are outside the EU. Customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes incurred during delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund these charges.
